2. Custom Football (Currently Unavailable)

* Custom Football features are currently under development and is currently in the Beta stage.

3. Fantasy Premier League Competitions

* Fanchallenger offers Fantasy Premier League (FPL) competitions where users can create and join events. * All FPL rules and regulations apply to competitions hosted on the Platform except explicitly stated by Fanchallenger. * Fanchallenger does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any FPL data.

4. Third-Party Services

* The Platform may utilize third-party services, such as payment processors and data providers. * Your use of such third-party services may be subject to their own terms and conditions. * Fanchallenger is not responsible for the actions or policies of any third-party services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

* THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. * FANCHALLENGER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
